This Is How We Do It O&M Steel Fabricators LLC operates a local facility equipped with “state of the art” equipment and cutting edge computer capability focused exclusively on the design and manufacture of precision components applicable to the construction of steel frame structures. Our experienced and fully trained staff of industry professionals is committed to meeting your every requirement and expectation We have multiple designs to choose from or we can create your dream home according to your plans and desires. You provide a design drawing and we will: (1) Convert it to Computer Aided Design (CAD) format. (2) Transmit the CAD data to our computer assisted production equipment. (3) Produce each component required to frame a structure down the last stud, screw or rivet. (4) Generate precise assembly instructions. Step 1 Provide your design plans and we will convert them from a paper or electronic format into CAD. Any changes you desire can be made at the click of a mouse. Step 2 We take the converted CAD design and utilize it as our guide in producing the exact materials required to construct all interior and exterior walls and trusses for the structure and the required fasteners. This is accomplished using computer aided production equipment. Step 3 Limited wall and truss assembly is completed in our local warehouse and all materials are loaded for delivery to the construction site. Step 4 Our team of experts will deliver all required materials and components to the site. Using an average 2000 SF home as a model, we are usually able to erect such a structure in one day.
